This Steam profile is hiding its games

Steam login and Steam profile privacy are separate. Steam Oracle cannot see the owned games and playtime it needs for personalized recommendations until the profile owner changes these settings.

1. Open the profile owner's Steam Privacy Settings.
2. Set My profile to Public.
3. Set Game details to Public.
4. For playtime-based recommendations, clear Always keep my total playtime private.

After changing the settings, wait 5-10 minutes, then scan again while Steam refreshes the profile.
